• Future updates to the 2026 TOEFL format (for the duration of the 2026 test format)

All products are delivered digitally via email and/or download links provided by our payment processor, Lemon Squeezy.

3. Payment and Pricing

All purchases are processed securely through Lemon Squeezy, our third-party payment processor. By making a purchase, you agree to their terms of service as well.

• Prices: All prices are displayed in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes based on your location.

4. Refund Policy

Refund Process:

• Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date
• Send your refund request to theacademyofacademia@gmail.com with your order number
• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• After receiving a refund, access to any digital products and tools will be revoked

5. License and Usage Rights

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to use the TOEFL 2026 Training System for your own educational purposes.

You May:

• Download and use all materials for your personal TOEFL preparation
• Access the materials on multiple personal devices
• Print materials for your own study purposes

You May NOT:

• Share, distribute, or resell the materials in any format
• Upload the materials to file-sharing sites or public platforms
• Use the materials for commercial purposes or in a classroom/tutoring setting without explicit permission
• Modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the materials
• Share your login credentials or access links with others

Violation of these terms may result in legal action and termination of your license without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All content included in the TOEFL 2026 Training System, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of The Academy of Academia or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

The TOEFL® trademark is owned by Educational Testing Service (ETS). This product is not endorsed by or affiliated with ETS.

7. Delivery

All products are delivered digitally:

• Immediate Access: Download links and access credentials are sent to your email within minutes of purchase confirmation
• Email Delivery: Ensure your email address is correct at checkout. Check your spam folder if you don't receive access within 10 minutes

8. Updates and Changes
